Job description

A well-respected law firm in California's Wine Country is seeking an Affordable Housing Attorney. (Note: This firm offers the opportunity to work remotely for those not living in close proximity to their offices). This firm represents investors, syndicators, and developers with respect to transactions involving the low-income housing tax credit. As part of this team, you will help steer clients through the complex legal issues surrounding affordable housing transactions as well as handle real estate acquisition and lending transactions.
