As an attorney in this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis to support pleadings and motions. Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs will be a regular part of your tasks. Additionally, you will manage the discovery process, gather facts and documents, and engage in meetings with opposing counsel. Depending on your experience, you may have the opportunity to supervise staff, assign tasks, and participate in trials.

Compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan. 

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in complex business or civil litigation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar is required. Exceptional legal research and writing abilities, attention to detail, professionalism, good judgment, self-confidence, and teamwork skills are highly valued.
