This firm tackles the full spectrum of complex business litigation matters including ownership disputes, real estate, employment, intellectual property, and high-stakes personal injury cases. The firm represents professional & corporate clients of all sizes ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals.

The attorney is responsible for establishing strong client relationships and offering strategic advice. Duties include managing and guiding support staff; working cohesively with colleagues and partners, and participating in business development initiatives.

Qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree, active California State Bar membership, and several years of experience in business or commercial litigation. The candidate must demonstrate superior research, writing, and advocacy skills, alongside leadership and team management abilities. A proven knack for client relationship building and business development experience is preferred.
