A national law firm with a 40+ year history seeks a Debt Finance Attorney to join their team. This position can be in office, flex, or fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. In this role, you will represent borrowers and lenders in acquisition financing and draft security agreements, credit agreements, and other related documents. If you are interested in getting more direct client interaction, being an integral part of the deal-making team, and having the opportunity and support to build your own book of business, this may be a good move for you.
