Job description
A law firm with a presence across California seeks a Plaintiff Side Employer Litigator for its Los Angeles office. In this full-time position you will manage a caseload of 20 wrongful termination cases and help initiate new cases. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and discovery responses; prepare for trial; and aid in wage and hour class action cases. Fluency in Spanish and prior experience in FEHA wrongful termination and/or class action work is preferred. This firm is open to a hybrid schedule and provides benefits including health insurance, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.
