Job description

A law firm with a presence across California is seeking a Plaintiff Side Employment Litigator for its Los Angeles office. In this full-time, remote position, you will manage a caseload of wrongful termination cases and help initiate new cases. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and discovery responses; prepare for trial; and aid in wage and hour class action cases. This firm provides benefits including health insurance, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.
