Are you an Environmental and Land Use Attorney looking for a hybrid schedule in Sacramento, California? We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our preeminent law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in land use and environmental law, including knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, CESA, ESA, and regulatory agencies. The candidate must have strong writing, research, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a California law license in good standing. A law degree from an accredited school with a minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
The position pays between $165,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes potential bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), and a cell phone allowance.
The successful candidate will provide natural resource and land use law clients with project permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation solutions. The firm specializes in CEQA, CEQA litigation, NEPA, CESA, ESA, and regulatory environmental agencies. Attorneys with at least two years of experience can work in a hybrid environment, and the minimum billable hours are 1750 annually. The firm emphasizes staying current on environmental acts, and office dress is business casual except when meeting clients.
