Job description
A New York State law firm is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join their New York City team. This firm specializes in Elder Law, making sure that elder family members are taken care of in their final years while preserving generational wealth. You will consult with clients, plan/administrate estates and handle probate litigation. Strategize with clients on taxes and Medicaid. A robust legal support team will handle most legal matters, allowing you to focus on the most interesting and challenging aspects of estate planning. This firm has no billable hour requirements. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The firm offers a competitive salary with healthcare coverage, vacation time, a 401(k)-retirement plan, and much more.
