Schedule: Hybrid (partial remote work and on-site)
We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney for a full-time position in Sacramento, California. As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for managing complex estates with very high net-worth individuals. Your expertise in generation-skipping transfer tax planning and fiduciary tax planning will be critical in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, preferably with an LLM (Master of Laws) qualification. You should have a strong background in handling intricate estates involving high-net-worth individuals. Knowledge of generation-skipping transfer tax planning and fiduciary tax planning is required.
