We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join a well-established firm in San Diego. The practice specializes in areas such as Family Law, Adoption, Divorce, and Pre-marital Agreements. In this role, you will spend the first 90 days in the office, followed by a hybrid work arrangement. Managing a caseload of 25-40 clients, you will be responsible for client intake and delivering exceptional legal services. A minimum of 1400 billable hours is required to meet the expectations of this position.

Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package comprising paid time off, sick days, health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, gym membership, paid parking, paid bar dues, and malpractice insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience, with a preference for CFLS (Certified Family Law Specialist) certification. Strong writing skills and court experience are essential for success in this position.
