A law firm is seeking a First Party Property Insurance Attorney to join its team in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time position where you will be expected to manage a large caseload of commercial property damage claims. You will oversee all actions taken in relation to managing, negotiating, litigating, and settling first-party claims involving injuries sustained by homeowners and business owners. The ideal candidate will have five to fifteen years of expertise with first-party property claims, preferably with a defense focus.
