Job description

A law firm is seeking a First Party Property Insurance Attorney to join its team in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of commercial property damage claims, pursuing the resolution of first party claims involving injuries suffered by homeowners and business owners. You will direct all aspects of case management, negotiations, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have five to fifteen years of expertise with first party property claims, preferably with a defense focus.
