Work Expectations:

• Be the legal educator and confidant of agents and the executive team
• Counsel clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Research best practices for real estate brokerage activities
• Manage lease agreements
• Negotiate vendor contracts
• Oversee business operations
• Set policies and procedures
• Oversee compliance with DRE, MLS, local and state laws
• Attend executive meetings
• Draft resolutions
• Maintain corporate books records
• Coordinate with outside counsel
