This is a full-time hybrid position where you will be expected to manage a high-volume caseload that consists of both NIV and IV cases, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-1 (EA and OR). You will lead staff utilizing your in-depth knowledge of business immigration, oversee the status of cases, manage three to four paralegals with varying degrees of expertise, and serve as a point of contact for clients and foreign nationals.
