An attorney specialized in Intellectual Property is needed at a nationally recognized law firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee. color:#0e101a;In this full-time position, you will be expected to perform Intellectual Property work including copyright, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. In addition, you will engage in due diligence related to real estate transactions, including tracking critical dates, reviewing titles along with survey and environmental reports, and preparing and negotiating closing documents. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in Intellectual Property. Can be licensed out of state but must be willing to become a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
