A law firm in the heart of Los Angeles is experiencing growth, facilitating the immediate need for a Labor and Employment Attorney. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will be expected to handle labor and employment cases. You will work closely with the department chair, depose witnesses, and prepare cases for trial. Attend court, defend challenging cases, and client correspondence. This position has no billable hour requirement. As a hybrid work situation, you will be able to work at home and in-office. This position offers a competitive salary with healthcare coverage, unlimited vacation time, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.
