The ideal candidate possesses a resilient "can't stand to lose" attitude, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. They should be a licensed attorney in the state of California, holding a JD degree. 

This attorney position will involve a hybrid work arrangement, focusing on employment class action law. Responsibilities include crafting pleadings and arguments, participating in client selection for new cases, drafting initial pleadings, conducting written discovery, performing legal research, conducting depositions, handling routine and complex motion practice, engaging in oral argument and trial practice, as well as appellate practice. 

This position pays an annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000, depending on the candidate's experience. The benefits package includes vacation time, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a retirement plan, continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities, and paid bar dues.
