The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible work schedule and a supportive, collaborative work environment. With availability required on weekdays and occasional weekends/evenings as dictated by the caseload, the position offers a reasonable billable hour average and excellent opportunities for growth. 

Compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential bonuses. The benefits package includes medical insurance, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with 4% matching after six months, and three sick days after one year. Vacation time ranges from zero to 15 days, depending on the length of service, and the position offers the opportunity to become a non-equity partner over time.
