We are in search of a proficient and driven Senior Litigation Associate to join our Orange County team. While the primary work arrangement is remote, occasional in-office presence, court appearances, and live depositions may be necessary.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in business, construction, and/or real estate matters. In this capacity, responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire litigation process, starting from initial pleadings through to trial. As well as collaborating closely with clients, legal colleagues, and support staff, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing effective litigation strategies that align with our client's goals.
