A premier Florida law firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Jacksonville. This is a full-time in-office position where you will be expected to litigate cases of medical malpractice, general liability, and insurance defense. You will handle cases from start to finish, exploring legal research, propounding discovery, reviewing medical records, and creating medical chronologies. Draft memoranda and pleadings, report progress, and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. This position offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
