A law firm with a long history that operates from locations in Tennessee and Arkansas seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this full-time position, you will manage complex litigation, prepare pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and handle all types of court appearances. Candidates must be barred in Arkansas; additional licensure in Tennessee is a plus. This position offers hybrid flexibility once the candidate hired is established in the role, and it also has no billable hour requirement. The position also offers a partnership track.
