The role involves screening and reviewing cases, analyzing case law and opinions, developing legal arguments, advocating positions before state and federal courts, and handling all aspects of litigation. During the first 60 days, the attorney will work from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. After this, the position becomes hybrid, with the possibility of being fully remote in the future. The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential bonuses.  

The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, experience in drafting pleadings and discovery, and written and verbal communication skills.
