The job requires managing a litigation caseload, including deposition taking, analysis of discovery requests, preparing discovery responses, pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. The position demands 1800 billable hours with a flexible work schedule of 9 am to 5 pm and allows for fully remote work or work from one of the firm’s offices.
