A growing litigation firm is seeking an experienced attorney to represent plaintiffs in complex personal injury and insurance claims. The successful candidate will handle law and motion, court appearances, and trial work while supporting the lead attorney in pre-litigation, trial, discovery, and legal research. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement and occasional in-person requirements.

The compensation package includes a $120,000-$180,000 pay scale, excluding potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers health, dental, and vision insurance, $100,000 life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and 401(k) eligibility after one year. The firm also covers bar dues, HSA, MCLEs, and office meals. 

Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in California, living in the state or the same time zone. They should possess strong writing, research, analytical skills, case strategy abilities, and passion. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience, attention to detail, knowledge of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. California Bar membership is required.
