A law firm in Miami is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join its team. In this full-time position, you will review and analyze pleadings and answer discovery, conduct legal analyses of issues in the pre-suit handling and litigation of insurance claims, and manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, including hearings, depositions, mediations, conferences, and trials. This position starts in-office and offers a work-from-home option after 6 months.
