Job description
A prestigious law firm is looking for an experienced civil litigator with a Tennessee Law License and at least 2 years of litigation experience, ideally 5 or more. Candidates should reside in Tennessee, preferably in Brentwood, Murfreesboro, or other major cities. The ideal candidate is skilled in dispositive motions, depositions, trials, and appeals. Comfort in handling litigation and transactional matters, working in multiple practice areas, and working independently is essential. Strong work ethic, analytical skills, research and writing skills, leadership qualities, and commitment to lifelong learning are required. The role entails managing 25-50 cases per attorney, reporting to 3 junior associates, and an 8-6 workday with no "facetime" requirements.
