A plaintiff-side law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a full-time in-office position where you will be expected to take and defend depositions, propound and respond to written discovery, appear in court, and perform second chair trial work. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive salary. Additionally, the firm pays 100% of healthcare insurance costs. Best of all, there is no billable hour requirement.
