This is a full-time position where you will be expected to represent clients on sophisticated, complex construction and commercial matters. There are two open roles for this position. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in Business Litigation. Construction Litigation and 2nd chair experience is preferred. The candidate for the junior litigation associate position will have at least two years of litigation experience, including drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions, handling discovery, preparing for depositions, and preparing and handling witnesses. Must be admitted to practice law in California.
