Job description
A longstanding, family-oriented law firm with a great reputation in the Pensacola, Florida area has an immediate need for an Associate Litigation Attorney to join their team. In this full-time position, you will represent clients in court or before government agencies, prepare and draft legal documents, advise clients on business and legal transactions, and negotiate settlements. This position has a low billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Civil Litigation; experience in Estate Planning and Probate is preferred but not required.
