We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join a legal firm in Saint Paul. The ideal candidate will have a focus on complex litigation matters involving product liability and transportation litigation and has a proven track record in the field.

Work Expectations: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with a hybrid work schedule. Willingness for up to 20% travel is required. Responsibilities:

• Focus on complex litigation matters involving product liability and transportation litigation
• Brief writing and drafting pleadings
• Responding to written discovery
• Conducting legal research and writing
• Handling files independently and interfacing with clients
• Taking depositions and presenting arguments before a judge and/or jury
• Strategizing creatively and collaboratively with a practice group or client team

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
• Experience practicing complex litigation and product liability law
• Trial prep, and experience on larger-scale trials
• Experience taking depositions and strong writing skills
• 2nd or 3rd chair experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a proven track record of independently managing files
