Job description
A law firm that handles homeowner dispute and personal injury claims across Florida seeks a Plaintiff Side Managing Attorney to join its Miami office. They are looking for an attorney with 7+ years of civil litigation experience including 2+ years of experience supervising a team of attorneys, 1st Party Property Law experience, and insurance law experience. In this full-time position, you will conduct legal analyses of issues with the pre-suit handling and litigation of insurance claims, review and analyze pleadings and answer discovery, and manage a full caseload from inception to resolution. This position starts in-office and offers a work-from-home option after 6 months. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 12 paid holidays, and 10 sick days.
