A Litigation Attorney is needed to join a dynamic nationwide law firm in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate should have a judicial clerkship background and will be responsible for managing case investigations, the discovery process, depositions, document review, motion drafting, and trial preparation in this full-time position. With adequate experience, the attorney will serve as a second or third chair during trials.
