They are looking for an attorney with 7+ years of civil litigation experience including 2+ years of experience supervising a team of attorneys, 1st Party Property Law experience, and insurance law experience. In this full-time position, you will conduct legal analyses of issues with the pre-suit handling and litigation of insurance claims, review and analyze pleadings and answer discovery, and manage a full caseload from inception to resolution.
