A personal injury law firm with locations in Arizona and New Mexico has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. In this full-time, in-office position, you will research and analyze the law on complex issues and synthesize legal research and analysis into coherent written memoranda and briefs for submission to clients, courts, and arbitrators. Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, perform discovery, and negotiate with outside parties on legal disputes.
