Employees operate from Monday to Thursday 8 AM - 5:30 PM, and Friday 8 AM to noon. The company allows fully remote work across Florida and will consider candidates without trial experience. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, and the attorney will be responsible for ensuring fair compensation for clients by liaising with insurers and medical providers. They will also be expected to draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial. The role includes providing client education, support, and managing staff.

The ideal candidate for the role should have 3-7 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience and hold a Florida Bar license. While familiarity with family law, probate, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation is desirable, it is not necessary. Candidates with experience in litigation and knowledge of various areas of law, including medical malpractice, workers' compensation, social security disability, and wage and hour law, would be an added advantage. A minimum 3.5 GPA in law school is also preferred. 

After 90 days, the company covers 50% of medical, dental, and vision insurance costs and provides $100,000 life insurance.
