A full-service law firm in beautiful Southwestern Florida is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join the team in their Bonita Springs office. In this full-time, hybrid position you will represent a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, private equity funds, and REITs. Negotiate and prepare commercial loan documents. Conduct due diligence and coordinate transactions for commercial real estate loans.
