Are you a Real Estate Transactional Attorney looking for better quality work? A Napa Valley law firm is looking for an attorney to join its team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be expected to structure complex real estate transactions. You will draft purchase and sales transactions, review titles/survey evaluations, and negotiate real estate financing and lending. You will be expected to meet a reasonable annual billable requirement of 1650 hours.
