A San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The firm is growing, entrepreneurial, and friendly with a supportive and team-oriented environment. The candidate will have a flexible hybrid schedule with one day at home and four days in the office. The firm offers a bi-annual bonus structure and opportunities for trial exposure and experience. Their partnership track provides growth opportunities for the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate must have a J.D. degree, be a member of the California State Bar, and have at least five years of litigation experience, although preference will be given to candidates with more experience. There is no formal billable hour requirement. 

As the primary handling attorney on their own cases, the candidate will create strategies for the conduct of the litigation, oversee Junior-Level Attorneys, handle court appearances, conduct depositions, attend mediations, and engage directly with clients.
