A Real Estate Litigation Attorney is needed at a law practice in Walnut Creek. This position can be hybrid and has a low billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience, preferably in HOA law. Trial experience is a plus. Experience in professional liability defense, employment practices defense, public entity, and/or land use law is preferred, and accomplished non-specialized civil litigation experience will also be considered.
