The ideal candidate must be licensed in the state of California with 2-9 years of experience in tort, personal injury, transportation defense, or complex liability matters. This is a full-time attorney position, and the responsibilities include managing tort, personal injury, and transportation defense matters. The position also entails handling investigation, research, analysis, discovery, and motions related to these matters. Moreover, the successful candidate will be expected to take percipient, party, and expert depositions, and represent clients in mediations and court hearings. As a hybrid work situation, you will be able to work at home and in-office.
