A Los Angeles full-service law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney. This firm has a robust transactional practice and is interested in attorneys familiar with one or several of a wide array of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, employment law, entertainment law, intellectual property, corporate finance, and venture capital. This attorney would be responsible for negotiating transactions, drafting and reviewing agreements, and maintaining client portfolios. This associate attorney will work directly with the partner who oversees the relevant transactional area.
