Job description
A trusted Municipal Law Firm is looking for a Land Use Attorney. This firm has long been recognized as experts in land use development and planning. You will represent and advise public agencies regarding a wide variety of issues, including land use, real estate transactions and compliance with CEQA. When not researching and preparing memoranda on a variety of legal issues, you will attend city council and county commission meetings. Secondary responsibilities will include representation of municipalities in civil litigation matters.
