A full-service, business-oriented law firm is looking for a Corporate Transactional Associate in Coastal Southern California to work on ma, financing, securities, private placements, emerging companies, and general corporate matters. Candidates are expected to be able to quarterback their own deals and work well in a collegial, fast-paced environment. Clients include private equity and venture capital funds, high-net-worth individuals, and private and publicly traded corporations in a wide variety of industries.
