Are you a Transactional Attorney? A boutique law firm is looking for an attorney to help meet its growing caseload. This firm serves pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This is a full-time remote position where you will be expected to draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Contracts include clinical trial agreements, investigator-initiated study agreements, sponsored research agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, and amendments. This firm has a reasonable billable hours requirement. No weekends or nights are required. This position offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
