Job description
Are you an experienced Elder Law Attorney with self-initiative and excellent communication skills? A boutique Elder Law firm in Los Angeles County, California may be the perfect place for you.
This firm offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities, mentorship, and a partnership track. The benefits package includes vacation time, sick leave, paid holidays, full healthcare coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, continuing legal education, and paid bar dues. You will assist clients with estates, trusts, conservatorships, probate, and Medicare planning. This position makes 3-5 court appearances per week, there are no weekends, and you will be asked to meet 1600 billable hours annually.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of trusts, estates, and elder law, but candidates with high levels of performance in other practice areas (family law, personal injury etc.) may be considered.
