We are seeking a Hybrid Trusts & Probate Attorney in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of solid litigation experience, though there is no maximum limit on years of experience required for the position. Probate and trust litigation experience is not required, but strong litigation skills are necessary, and the employer will provide training.

This Trust and Probate position offers a flexible schedule with the option to work 2-3 days in the office. There is no billable hour quota, but candidates are expected to work between 1500-2000 hours annually. The employer is looking for exceptional candidates and may offer partnership opportunities.  

The compensation for this position is between $140,000 to $180,000 annually, based on experience, with additional potential compensation for eligible bonuses. Discretionary bonuses are given out for significant case successes or at the end of the year, ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, depending on the attorney's contribution.
