Job description

A Los Angeles law firm specializing in corporate, transactional, tax, and ERISA law is hiring a full-time Legal Secretary. You will prepare government filings, maintain attorney calendars, and draft, revise, and proofread legal documents. This position has no billable hour requirement. The firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; 11 days of paid time off (PTO); and a 401(k) retirement and profit-sharing plan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with the option of hybrid work following a trial period.
