Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Office Administrator and HR Coordinator to support our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in legal office administration and human resources. This role involves managing office operations, supporting HR functions, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

 

Human Resources Coordination:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal office administration and HR coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
