This is a full-time position where you will prepare and file formation documents related to startups and emerging companies, merging subsidiaries, and other business entities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal in the area of public company filings (Securities Act, Exchange Act, and Section 16).
