Job description

A San Diego law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal. Old-fashioned legal approaches do not get the same results in today's legal environment. This firm strives to help clients succeed by providing professional, honest, and timely legal advice. You will support attorneys through case management, the drafting of legal documents, managing the calendar, and preparing cases for trial. Propound and respond to discovery; prepare pleadings and motions. Maintain the team's calendar, including tracking of calls, events, deadlines, reminders, and tasks. You may be asked to file documents to the California state supreme court. The ideal candidate will be sociable and pay great attention to detail when drafting and reviewing legal documents.
